i'm no longer going to purge my food...
intake will seem shitty for most of you, but for me, not purging this is amazing:
Breakfast: = 110 kcal.
1 banana (108 kcal)
Herbal Tea (2 kcal)
i'm tired of trying to recover.
it's no use
everything i eat comes straight back up.
so i'm going to go along with this.
